My Leader Focus Challenge for this week is “Reflection.”

This week is the half way mark of the year. It’s a great time to review the year’s priorities, progress against goals, and actions to finish off the year strong.

My focus challenge is to reflect on what has gone well so far and where to make corrections to address the areas that need improvement.
